Saturday evening, Dec. 6 Baby D took his first steps! And he loved it so much he kept trying it over and over for about an hour. A couple steps, fall, a few more, fall. The gazillion falls on the cement floor didn't seem to faze him in the least. This video is from towards the end of the hour. I think he got as high as eleven steps in a row without falling. He is persistant and proud of himself. Needless to say, we are LOVING IT!!!

Do you suppose that God takes delight in us taking our first steps in whatever area of character development he is working in us, like we take delight in the first steps of our children?
And how precious are the little voices!!
Oh wow! He is going to be running tomorrow.
